The Contract duly signed and understood between WELL-MAN & the Client for the period of only Six Months from the signed date; Not for Life Time, because it’s about Human Resource Providing. After the Expiry of the contract, if the Client & the worker are interested to work together for more time on their own Risk & Guarantee, There is no need to re-contract or renewal of the contract.
The Client can terminate the contract any time in the contract period but the company is bound to provide services in the contract duration.
Yes, if the client want to mental satisfaction & get rid from all tensions, She/he can renew it to attain the proper services of the WELL-MAN’s Guarantee.
There is 1 Placement & 3 Replacements are provided from the company during contract period. If the client is not satisfied from the worker, he/she can change him/her on a single call & get the other worker on free of cast base.
There are 4 monthly leaves of the worker in a month, it may 1 in week, 2 on fortnightly or 4 consecutive days in a month. If the worker do not avail his/her scheduled 4 monthly leaves, he/she will be obliged with compensations as over time salary.
Fixed in part time, settled duty hours in full time with accommodation with all allied facilities like washing & bathing. Reward for employment in the form of pay, salary or wage including allowances, benefits (if any) directly to the company’s Bank Account till the 5th day of the each month. It’s necessary for official records also. If the Client will pay the salaries directly to the worker, and the worker leaves the job without any kind of consultation or information to the company office, the company will never facilitate the kind of client’s remittance.
The Monthly Salary will be deposited on advance Monthly bases in some special conditions.
The Fee (Services Charges) will be charged for a particular service often in addition to a standard fee as equal to one month salary of the said worker.
No, The Company Fee/Processing Fee be never refunded at any cast
This is the payment made to cover expenses when a representative of the company travels with a worker on the wish of the client to the client’s place (Islamabad & Rawalpindi) each tour as 5, 000/-. An allowance will be paid to the company’s bank account before the travelling. Other cities travelling charges will be fixed as per distances
All kinds of violence is prohibited on the worker, if the client is not satisfied with the performance & efficiency of the working staff, She/he will inform to the company for free replacement in spite of torturing, provoking or abusive behavior.
If the Client is hiring a worker through company’s client’s referral, the company will facilitate him with 10% discount on fee. If a client books through online, there will be 5% Off on The Company Fee.
For the time being, we are providing staff in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and surrounding areas of the twin cities. But for recruitment, we are considering manpower from all over the country.
